Our founding Teacher Mrs Isabel Bugden. It has been 5 years since you left us but your influence is still alive.

The first members remember the club’s heydays when Mrs Bugden was at the realm and she presented multiple teams and experienced great success at a national level. Mrs Bugden was a highly respected teacher.

Mrs Bugden would prepare an end of year entertainment item in which every girl participated. The end-of-year concerts were the highlight of the Guildford Physie year. Our club remains to be one of the longest established BJP clubs remaining and has experienced much success in team and individual competitions, maintaining a position in championship level in 2017/2018.

We continue your good work in providing fitness and a safe haven to the girls in the area.
