Keep Calm But Celebrate Success
It has been a wonderful fortnight for the GG Team. All the teachers have proudly watched on as each student has given their best version of themselves. We work hard and we never take for granted the success we achieve. Each year there are more and more highlights and we are always grounded by the moments that don't live up to our expectations too. 'Its fine to celebrate success, but heed the lessons in failure as well'. So we keep going, we don't stop and we set the bar a lit

TODAY WE REMEMBER...
Our founding Teacher Mrs Isabel Bugden. It has been 5 years since you left us but your influence is still alive. The first members remember the club’s heydays when Mrs Bugden was at the realm and she presented multiple teams and experienced great success at a national level. Mrs Bugden was a highly respected teacher. Mrs Bugden would prepare an end of year entertainment item in which every girl participated. The end-of-year concerts were the highlight of the Guildford Physie

What An Honour
After weeks of rehearsals we can now tell you that Rachael Vella is one of a group of eight girls from the BJP organisation who has been asked to perform at the "Illusions" album launch for Tomomi Takahashi. Takahashi is the pianist who plays at the Opera House each year. It is such an honour to be part of this group and we wish them luck when they perform on Sunday. Tickets are available to purchase through www.theindependent.org.au. Well done Rachael.

Our GG DADS
Behind every great GG physie girl there is a truly amazing Dad. Recently we invited the dads in to our classes as guest judges and they were tough! Point your toes, show expression, make it stronger! They told us how it was done. Although they never get to put on a leotard it is clear they watch what we do with a keen eye! We hope we keep making you proud. Don't forget our next dads watch night on 12th September.
